An amalgamation of several cases that involved the navigability of certain lakes and connecting streams within the Rabbit River drainage basin in Crow Wing County, and thus the ownership rights to the beds of those lakes and streams. Much of the controversy focused on determination of the natural high water levels of Rabbit Lake and surrounding lakes. Many cases involved Robert Morford Adams. Known docket numbers include 21964, 22253, 22254, 22265, 22266, and 23151.
